本次更新共有两大变化：一是部分专业开通了offshore通道，允许境外人士递交申请。二是部分职业目前需要强制3年的提名职业或与提名职业高度相关工作经验。

注意：IT中唯一一个目前不需要三年工作经验的职位是多媒体专家2612 – Multimedia Specialists and Web Developers，不确认自己是否满足此职位要求的小伙伴们可以及时联系我们进行评估！
目前境外申请NSW190的要求除了过去三个月连续居住在海外并且拥有NSW海外职业清单上的职业评估外暂时还没有额外的附加要求。
参考澳洲境内NSW190的邀请方式，境外申请人需要凑到同职业内较高的移民分数，同时拥有提名职业相关的工作经验和语言分数也非常重要。
对于技术工人类（Technicians and Trades Workers）的海外NSW190申请人来说，大部分还强制需要至少三年的相关工作经验。
